Machine composing

The pvc door profile production line includes: SJSZ80 or SJSZ92 conical twin screw extruder, pvc door die, calibration bench, haul-off machine, and stacker. 

After making the pvc door profile, we use offline hot stamping machine or offline laminating machine to make the surface color on the pvc door profile.

After adding pvc resin, calcium, and chimical additives into high speed mixer, the mixed material will be taken into cooling mixer, then taken into extruder, mould, calibration table, haul off machine, cutter, stacker, offline hot stamping machine and UV coating machine and then finally will be packed.
